Bad phone

Works nicely! However the seller was more helpful than anything! First phone unable to activate so made sure the 2nd phone was able to be activated prior to shipping. Had galaxy prior and this phone is much easier to use and gets better cell reception!

DO NOT BUY. NEVER WORKS.

I HATE this phone. It drops calls, freezes, the screen hardly works, and I did purchase it brand new from the US Cellular store. Out of every 5 calls I attempt to make, only one call goes through. Speakers freeze up, so i canot listen to music, hear the other person on the end of the line, or go to speaker phone. No, I did not drop it is water, or drop it period. I got it 2 for $99 worst deal of my life. You can't take out the battery and restart it because you cannot open the battery case! I hate it. I am now going for iPhone5.
