I will never buy another LG phone.

Then, when you return the phone because it doesn't work, they refund some, but not all of your money and then say that you never returned the charger.

Nice phone but a bit lazy

I really like this phone for a basic phone with querty keypad for texting, good audible quality. BUT it turns off randomly and that just gets annoying with everyday use of a cell phone. I must say that the Brown Box company has been amazing with their customer service. Would highly recommend them.

When the phone arrived I got it activated it didn't work properly, the screen was dark. I returned it almost a month ago and never received another one in the mail as of yet. I will never recommend this phone to anybody

Charging jack problems

Bought this one to replace an old one I had for years that would no longer charge. This one lasted 3 months and then the charging jack fell out of it. Not sure if I want to get a 3rd one or not, but I do like the phone a lot. It is small, simple, and has a qwerty keyboard - just the things I need - nothing fancy.....

Just what I was afraid of!

9 out of 10 calls get dropped, every other word cuts out, and now the battery won't charge. The unit is refurbished but looks like new; was hoping it was completely tested but apparently not. We're sending it back.

I was on vacation and my VLG EnV2 in black fell off the bed and I couldn't see the screen when I opened it. So sucked!! My brother was in Afganistan and was texting me but with the large text's I couldn't see anything past one sentence with it closed..was so glad that I was able to get on-line at the hotel and buy the same phone but in red. Received it rather quickly and was able to keep in communication with my brother before it was black out again.
