My old Verizon phone broke, so I purchased this one to tide me over until I can upgrade. I prefer phones with actual keyboards to touch-screens, possibly because of my large fingers that tend to push multiple on-screen buttons on touch-screens. The phone works well, and I am enjoying it. Unfortunately, however, the seller did not indicate that the battery life on a full charge is about 5 hours on standby and only about 15 minutes speaking on calls. If I had known, I might have made a different decision regarding the purchase. A new battery will cost and additional 50% - 65% above the price I paid for the phone.

This is an great phone for someone who just wants a texting phone. Seller had a great price for this item. I would not reccomend this phone to someone who wants email or internet features.

Exact same phone as i previously had but i am dissapointed as the external speaker (ringer) is not as loud as my previous env3 and also it does not move as quickly from one screen to another.
