Nowhere on this product description it says that this item is NEW, yet they make you believe it is. Don't be fooled!! this cell phone is not new. It looks different from the original official white blackberry phone.. this phone came with black headsets and black case, when the white phone usually comes with a white case. Also, there are parts of the phone that look like they're not new, including the screen. Also, there was music and apps installed on the phone, as well. Don't be fooled.

You would think that a white phone picture means a white phone!!! I ordered just on time to receive the phone and travel with it as a gift and I received a Black phone instead!! I want my white phone! Who knows how long is gonna take to exchange it!

The first problem I had with this product was the colour of the case, I ordered in white and it came with a black back case. This item was sent as a gift to a person outside USA, so when it get to its destination, the cellphone didn't work. At first, the product started normally, but in a couple of hours it turn off and never worked again. I wish we could try to get to an agreement, but I'm really upset about the purchase I've done.

i have had nothing but stress with this phone from day one...i have had to send it back twice already for repairs and i have only had it a few months. i dont think its the model so much as it is the seller they clearly carry an inferior product

I first reciveed this phone & was so excited! I turned it on & started using it right awau, I noticed that the keys would get stuck & type something like "johhhhnnnnyy" instead of just "johnny" so as soon as I realized it wasn't me that was doing it, I e-mailed the company & asked them if I could send the phone back to get it fixed but I let them know I had cracked it & they said then there would be a small fee but that they would be able to do it. I pay the $20 to ship out my phone & once it gets over there the manager messages me stating that he cannot fix the phone because of the crack. Once I asked him to reimburse me the $$ for sending it & he saw the reciept, I guess he realized it was just cheaper to go ahead & fix it. He gave me a new housing so the crack I made was gone, but my keyboard is still messed up!!!! Don't bother with these "Blackberrypdasmartphone" company!! Go somewhere else, this phone was just refurbished! not New at all!!

That was I perfect to me. Corresponds for all my needs in just one device: GPS, more memory space, good cam, bluetooh, smooth keyboard, great style (white). I recommend it.
