Great phone, wrong 3g band

I received a t-mobile cell phone, which doesn't work with my cell phone company in venezuela (movistar), even though it says clearly in the description that works with "2100/1900/850/800 MHz 3G frequencies", fortunately, another company in venezuela (digitel) works with one of the cell phone's band (800 MHz, band 8) my seller was abe-123, i wrote them and another sellers for information about the 3g bands, but never received any response, i wish they would be more willing to help customers clearing up this important matter. Putting that aside, the cell phone is great, the delivery was fast with no problems.

Recibi un celular t-mobile, que no funciona con mi compania en venezuela (movistar), aun cuando dice claramente en la descripcion que trabaja con "2100/1900/850/800 MHz 3G frequencies", afortunadamente otra compania en venezuela (digitel) trabaja con una de las bandas de este celular (800 MHz, banda 8), mi vendedor fue abe-123, les escribi a ellos y a otros vendedores por informacion acerca de las bandas 3g, pero nunca recibi respuesta, desearia que tuvieran mas disposicion a ayudar a los compradores a aclarar este importante asunto. Dejando de lado esto, el telefono es muy bueno, la entrega fue rapida y son problemas.

Recibi celular 9780 el 26 de enero en perfecto estado con el vendedor Blutekusa, es T mobile, el telefono funciona perfectamente en Venezuela, con mi linea movistar,solo le coloque la sim card y listo, recomiendo 100%. No comente antes porque estaba esperando que me lo trajeran a Venezuela. Adicionalmente les comento que funciona con linea 3g en caracas perfectamente!!!
