USed phone, worked well. Had a few scratches. Battery had decent life. This was a replacement to my stollen and still on-contract sprint phone. It activated without a problem.

I returned this phone, as I needed a phone with a SIM card slot and one that worked in China. This had neither. BUT, the company was understanding and returned my money when I explained the problem with the phone. Great customer service! Although I won't be buying this phone again, I would work with this company again.

I loved the phone at first but after only 3 months it started rebooting randomly. I took it to the Sprint store and they said the battery was only charging 75% of what it should have been.

Product listed as in very good condition. Used phone arrived in reasonable appearance . Cheap non rim replacement battery. Had to replace with new battery within 2 weeks.My son informed me the volume control buttons non functional, a few prior txt msg's still on phone. Contacted seller to return but did not return as my son never gave it back to return. Let seller off the on the return BUT to list as very good condition was misleading. Seller offered another phone at 50% off, no thank you. Pete
