This Blackberry is an excellent choice for anyone. Just keep in mind that if you want to be able to have 3G coverage check out the frecuency band of your network (Important for People in Latin America).
Consider this: Unlocked Quad-Band GSM cell phone compatible with 850/900/1800/1900 GSM and 2100/1900/1700/850/8000 MHz 3G frequencies plus GPRS/EDGE capabilities 3G networks not available everywhere

The off button does not work well, it always sunk and I have to make it out, it's hardly to believe a new phone shall operate like this. since I am far from the states, I can't change. but I have to say the truth. I am a bit sad to this owner and amazon.

I am so sorry about this happens to Amazon.com. I really like purchasing here and I use to trust about the products with the Primer Membership... But guess what, I thought I bought a brand new "BlackBerry 9780 Bold Unlocked Phone, 5MP Camera" It suppose to be a brand new phone... What I got? Just a really ugly blackberry 9780 box with a phone and its accessories inside... Guess what, Box IMEI and PIN number doesn't match phone's, something worse, even the whole phone is another version, I bought a Blackberry 9780 and I got a 9700 in a 9780 box... 9700 come with a 3.2MP camera!!! but it gets worse, phone looks refurbished or something, I mean, it doesn't looks like a new phone... But there is something else, all the accessories looks pretty cheat, the phone case is the cheapest quality I've ever seen...
I was totally cheated by this merchant...

The battery of the cellphone dies when it gets to half of it, i had to buy another one. The cell is supposed to work on 3G but it only work 2G. Even though I have the 3G service

Al teléfono se le coloco la linea ( Movilnet) y funcionó durante dos días luego presento problemas e inmediatamente dejo de funcionar. se llevo a la agencia de Movilnet y dijeron que tenia que revisarlo el técnico. Después de la revisión, el mismo dijo que era defecto del equipo que no tenia solución. Como el equipo tiene garantía, necesito me digan que debo hacer para resolver este problema.
