the phone its good, really fast, came with a 2gb sd memory and only english, but the t-mobile doesnt work 3G movistar venezuela, should have known before the purchase.

The cellphone arrived with its trackpad damaged, it was supposed to work in 1,2,5,6 bands and it doesn't, it works in 1,4,8 bands so I received a 3G phone not working with my carrier. Amazon shoud be more careful about publishing accurate product description, regarding to cellphones it is critical information.

This is the worse phone distributor I have ever encountered, stay away from this company, it took 2 weeks to recieve my phone and it is a faulty cell phone, they promised a replacement if I removed my negative review, which I did, it has been a month since they promised to replace the phone, still no replacement.

I paid for a Grey phone and got a black. What the hell is wrong with you people. I paid for a brand new phone and got a phone in a plastic bag with no headset and no manual. You just lost one customer with your lies and deception.

Ok, I want to start with a good review becauase the Cellphone works fine, but the cellphone looks like old, when I put in the battery the surface was like rusty and I have to press the keys with difficulty, I'm not happy with the buy but I can't do anything because I live in Colombia.

This phone do not come with any type of waaranty. But before purchase, amazon confirmed that it has an international warranty. When enquired about this to amazon after the purchase, they replied that BB will give the warranty, but when contacted BB they told phones purchased from amazon do not have any warranty on it. i did not use the phone so far, but the device do not look brand new as they tell. had lot of dust and the packing box looks really old. Not satisfied with amazons service.
