very pleased with this purchase. I was skeptical buying a previously owned iphone but just couldnt see paying full price for a brand new one since we werent eligible for an upgrade yet. It was a gift for my daughter for christmas. It was in such good shape with the box and all, she had no idea it was previously owned.

worst to deal with

I have so many problem trying activiate this on my account. asked seller to release ESN, they did not. blame me for being stupid not reading the decription. I purchase with good faith as a new unuse phone, turn out the phone report as lost and stolen.
