I made several trips the AT&T store to find out why my phone kept loosing connection immediately after activation. After further investigation, AT&T informed me that the PHONE HAD BEEN REPORTED STOLEN, and provided me with written confirmation. I reported the incident to AMAZON, they and seller were more concerned about me returning the phone. I received a full refund. However, they were not concerned about the selling of stolen merchanise over the internet and across state lines. Ironically, the reason why I had purchased this phone in the first place was because someone had stolen my phone!

I'm from Ecuador and I bought an Apple iPhone 4S 16GB (Black) - AT&T, I bought this because in Ecuador I can unlock AT&T, but the cellular operator couldn't unlock cell phone because is it registered under Bell Canada, and the seller description said the product under AT&T . I contacted the seller and he said that he will help me to solve this problem, but he didnÂ't help me. I feel cheated, and I want my money back. I bought it at amazon because I thought that here was reliable people to sell products, but I have been disappointed. I want that someone can solve this problem.

BEWARE, THIS IS NOT A NEW PHONE AS ADVERTIZED BY SELLER, NOT IN ORIGINAL PACKAGE, MISSING USB ADAPTER. WHEN I WENT TO REGISTER WITH APPLE THEY TOLE ME TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WAS INFORMED THAT THIS PHONE WAS REGISTERED ON FEB 11, 2012. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

This phone was listed as an unlocked phone but upon receiving it I found it was locked and I am stationed in Afghanistan. This put me in a difficult sport with my job!

The ad was specifically for a iphone 4 with an AT&T network and once i recieved it and tookit into the store they discovered it was a verizon phone. I waited 2 weeks for this phone all just to seend it back.

Product worked great. Good condition. Arrived sooner than I expected. Ended up not wanting an iPhone and I sent it back, and they gave me a refund, no fuss. Would order from them again.

I bought the ATT 4S, used-good. It was locked, and the top of the screen has obvious scratches. The key is included charger has obvious quality problems, the normal use less than a month, on a sudden short circuit while charging, a very pungent burning smell, apart and found that the structure and the original charger apparent not the same, the workmanship is very poor, poor quality of the cottage belonging product. Fortunately, my iphone is not so damaged, but I still feel very angry, although it belongs to warehousedeals, but obviously not been carefully examined accessories. Hope you can select original accessories or branded products instead, at least ensure that the quality is no problem, I hope you can accept my opinions.
