The Item is listed as 'like new' with no scratches, when we received the item, and there were scratches and signs of the phone dropped. The seller confessed by email about this, and offered no viable solution other than to break the phone for a replacement at the store. Overall the phone still works, but disappointed about the accuracy and honesty.

Cons 1. Feels very light almost too light 2. Lightning port makes all your previous accessories redundant 3. NO NFC. Come on Apple its about time 4.A6 is still a dual core processor. Better than A9 but less powerful than the A15
