Awesomeness - Amazon really came through

For Christmas I bought my son a "refurbished" iPhone from another seller. It arrived in plenty of time for the big day and looked great. Unfortunately when we attempted to activate that phone the carrier said it showed as stolen. Of course we were all a little heartbroken.

I immediately contacted Amazon about the issue. Within 3 days I had my refund and another iPhone. The new phone looks new and works like a dream. Thank you Amazon for the fast refund so we could repurchase the gift.

Mom loves it

I got this phone for my mom because her old phone was absurdly outdated and she needed something functional but very simple. For my mom who is in her 60's, this phone (which still has iOS 6 and I will not upgrade) is perfect. Easy to make calls, a good way to teach her texting and for someone that doesn't really have too many uses for a phone aside from that this 8gig version is a dream come true and not too expensive.
